The Mobile Company application can be used both as a stand-alone application and as a supplement to DGCS System Magazyn and CRM modules. It allows you to support many warehouse and sales operations using a smartphone or tablet.The application works perfectly in both small and one-man companies as well as large corporations employing several dozen traders.ATTENTION:Mobilna Firma is 100% compatible with the Mobilny Handlowiec program. Data from the Mobilny Handlowiec application (from version 5.77 onwards) can be imported into the Mobilna Firma program.Functional characteristics - application usage.1. Invoicing- quick and intuitive document issuing- printout or electronic sending of invoices and receipts- data exchange with DGCS System Warehouse (goods, CRM)- document export to DGCS System Magazyn- barcode support2. Trader- collecting orders "in the field"- transferring orders to DGCS System Magazyn at any time- automatic order processing in the Warehouse module3. Warehouseman- quantity control in a warehouse or store- price checker- delivery and receipt of goods4. Inventory- full data exchange with DGCS System Magazyn- the ability to run inventory simultaneously on multiple devices- support for multiple bar codes for one item5. Contact management- synchronization with the DGCS System- the ability to make a phone call to the contractor directly from the application- recording the time of outgoing and incoming calls;- contractors location- automatic connection to the map6. Product photos - how does it work?- the user has their own account in the Dropbox service- using the cloud icon on the action bar, connect your dropbox account to the Mobile Company. After successful connection, the dropbox will create a directory for the user account called Applications with the subdirectory mobile.company- to the mobile.company directory (or its subdirectories) photos with products should be copied. Photo names must begin with (any) barcode assigned to the product. After the bar code, any string of characters may appear in the file name. This gives you the option of placing multiple photos for the same product.- in the program options, in the data integration group, select DropBox as the data exchange medium.- on the product list we select the "Photos" option
